Visit our Shabbat and holiday services. Enjoy our choir. Chat with our members. Inquire about our educational programs for youth and adults. Meet our Rabbi and staff. Ask lots of questions. We welcome Jewish and interfaith couples, traditional and non-traditional families, singles, LGBT, and people of every age, race and ethnicity. Whether you are new to Judaism or a learned scholar, you will find a warm welcome and a comfortable home at Temple Israel. We hope you will decide to make Temple Israel of London your spiritual home.

We are a congregation of strengths and needs. We are blessed with approximately 160 families who provide strength in the hands of numerous dedicated and talented volunteers. And we find significant strength in a wonderful spiritual leader: Rabbi Debra Dressler.

What could we need? Occasionally we require larger facilities, and although we hope someday to expand our Temple building, for now we find additional space when necessary at the Jewish Community Centre. Our larger need however brings us back to the covenant of membership. To ensure the continuity of Reform Judaism, to ensure that we as a congregation continue to thrive, we need you.

Each individual enhances the Temple Israel family. It’s not just about the dues; it’s about new ideas contributing to the quality of the programming. It’s not just about the size of the building; it’s about the warmth of family and friends in the glow of the Shabbat candles. It’s not just about fundraising, it’s about the soul reaching out and finding a spiritual home.

Whatever your ability to contribute spiritually, socially or financially, Temple Israel welcomes you.

From the spiritual to the concrete, Temple Israel is here now to provide you with the choice of Reform Judaism in London.

With your support, we will be here for you tomorrow!

If you have decided to join us, or if you have questions, please contact our Membership Chair (Susan Dean).  We look forward to hearing from you.
